The integration of functional components from professional kitchens has advanced the classic trolley into the SERVOCUCCINA product range for the kitchen made up of warming trolley, cooking trolley, grilling trolley, buffet trolley and cooling trolley. The result is a mobile kitchen for catering or private use for the professional preparation and attractive presentation of meals. The crux of the new basic trolley is the dismantable screw system, which replaces the previous voluminous welded construction. The volume is reduced to one-fourth of the previous package size, considerably cutting warehouse and transportation costs.
