The Re-Set Project is an opportunity to combat insulin resistance in muscles and promote a healthy lifestyle. With the support of a multidisciplinary team of health, nutrition, physical education specialists, and researchers, the participants can measure the impacts of a healthy routine over 90 days on their lives. It’s a real chance to redefine well-being and invest in long-term health. To bring this idea to life, we worked on service design, naming, storytelling, visual identity, activation ideas, and the campaign's promotion.
