The company, aiming for global growth, needed a space to rekindle the hungry spirit of its founding and a system to support it. Flexibility and sustainability are essential in the era of VUCA, as represented by the COVID-19 emergency. The goal was a design that allowed the office to stay ahead of the needs of rapidly changing people, organizations, and society. The result was a design with a "mechanism for everything to change" and an ambiance that reflected the company's origins.
