LG Hello Rental offers a "Buy Now and Pay Later", allowing customers to receive purchased products upfront and settle payments according to the chosen payment plan. We prioritize a customer-oriented approach to address their needs. To understand our customers, we conducted interviews with 100 customers and analyzed surveys and behavioral data. Our primary challenge lies in presenting a diverse range of products in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Nevertheless, our greatest advantage lies in recent enhancements to the main page, where we've implemented product display modules to show a wide array of products in a stylish and engaging manner.
