This store belonging to a well-known Japanese eyewear brand is situated in a shopping mall in the Shanghai World Financial Center. The project aims to make a small shopping center store architecturally significant amid the chaos of surrounding businesses and shoppers. The idea of taking the dimensions to the limit— maximum length without support and minimum width and depth— creates a unique display system for glasses and a to-and-fro circulation through the five display tables.
