LOTTE MART & SUPER‘Grand Grocery’ is a grocery market filled with fresher, tastier, and healthier food, offering a new gourmet lifestyle every day. In keeping with the trend of the Post Corona, ‘Grand Grocery’ provides consumers with a store optimized for the user experience of those who prefer healthy home-cooked meals. By changing the ratio of food to non-food to 9:1, we not only meet the practical needs of consumers who want to see and purchase groceries at offline stores, but also collaborate with local small business owners. It set a good precedent for the industry in that it met the qualitative needs of human touch through strategy.
