Fiskars Rolling Pin is designed in cooperation with professional confectioners with strong focus on ergonomy and simplicity. The innovative 70 degrees angled handles have several advantages like a better ergonomic working angle of wrists as seen in contemporary bicycles, this construction also decreases the demand for rigidity of the axle. The angled handles allow for a smaller diameter of the roller, taking up considerable less room in storage. The teflon covered aluminum roller has brilliant slip features which simplifies baking for the unskilled user. The use of modern materials allows the rolling pin to be cleaned in the dishwasher.
