Infrastructure socket for charging electric cars
The modular infrastructure sockets CHARX connect from Phoenix Contact are used in charging stations for electrical vehicles. During the development of the product family, special attention was paid to the protective cover and the plug-in protection cover (shutter). The shutter has been smartly and conveniently designed for one-handed operation – it opens automatically when the plug is inserted. Manufacturers can choose between round and square covers, optional LED status display, temperature sensors and pluggable connection cables. Thus, the charging sockets meet all requirements for maximum modularity for easy design-in.
