The Cafina ALPHA by Melitta is a fully automatic coffee speciality machine for the professional food service sector. The combination of high-quality components, freshly ground coffee and fresh milk enables the machine to produce coffee specialities – such as espresso, latte macchiato and cappuccino – of a quality normally achieved by professional baristas. Everyday usage has been greatly simplified for service staff, thanks to the machine’s innovative operating concept – via a glass panel. The premium concept of the Cafina ALPHA is also expressed through its aesthetic appeal – a clean-cut, sculptured design combined with the finest materials.
