3D visualization
Unique UX for identifying and selling replacement parts. A lack of visual interfaces made it difficult for engineers to identify complex machine parts visually. Similar to CAD, 3D models can be viewed by interactive 360° rotation in three layers and parts hidden or marked. Context information: components on the side and their individual parts below. It is possible to browse through the hierarchical tree (left) or search for text strings. UI consists simply of navigation and content: machine display. Option to switch to a full-screen visualization (parts very large). The entire concept is patented and was awarded "most innovative solution" by SAP / hybris.
