Reconstruction of the complex building that includes rental offices, retails, and parking, with a view of Nagoya Station to the west. Comprehensive design has enabled integrated development of indoor and outdoor public spaces, where we aimed to create a place of relaxation and liveliness as a local pocket park open to the community. Wood is used for the plaza-like interior space provided by the indoor public open space to make it a new type of public open space to be actively used as a place for workers to be by letting them feel at ease in the town.
