Notail Banana Animal School

The Notail Banana Animal School, located at Pier-2 in Kaohsiung, is a stronghold for pet advocacy. We uses pictures, writings, illustrations, as well as artwork, to help every dog and cat in the school to find their own name and identity, as well as creating their own story. We believe that when animals have names, identities, and life story, they are more likely to be loved and attended to, in turn transforming into a family member that cannot be abandoned.

Design Statement

Notail Banana Animal School aims at helping humans and animals face the most difficult issue during adoption, to root out issues that prevent humans from becoming good owners, as well as prevent them from resorting to abandonment.Each semester, various shelters enroll suitable cats and dogs as "freshman" at our school. We help the freshman to find their own name, identity, as well as creating their own story. When animals have life story, they are more likely to be loved and cannot be abandoned.
