StadtPalais – City Museum of Stuttgart
The new City Museum asks how Stuttgart became what it is today, seeks perspectives on today’s city life, and discovers visions for the Stuttgart of tomorrow. It should be accessible on all kinds of levels – and for everyone: The implementation and design of the exhibitions is explicitly aimed at a wide audience. The modern museum is characterised by dialogue-based formats and a consistent focus on participation. The permanent exhibition »Stuttgart City Stories« uses a wide range of interactive media to tell the story of the past that built the city’s identity since the late 18th century.
